Who is DIGS WELLNESS?

With her ten-plus years of gathering community through yoga and meditation, Ashley has learned the value of combining her skills with yoga, mindfulness, and arts education to best engage her community of youth and adult students alike.

Through mindfulness, movement, and art practices, DIGS WELLNESS empowers students to shed tension, increase awareness, connect to presence, and most importantly, do less. DIGS pays close attention to every detail, ensuring all students feel welcome, comfortable, and seen in their surroundings.

Skilled in various yoga and meditation forms, including Hatha, Restorative, Yoga Nidra, and yoga for kids, founder Ashley Burns is gifted in leading beginner-friendly sessions. 

I honor and acknowledge the land on which I serve–originally and still inhabited, and cared for, by the O'Odham and Piipaash peoples.
